Healing with Music: Calming Meditation Playlist

Posted on June 30, 2021April 27, 2026 by thepsychpod

Music and sound can be a valuable resource in the healing journey. Music is part of my everyday life and I incorporate it into my daily routine to help me manage the stressors of life that we all go through. The past year and a half has been difficult for all of us. We have all been affected by the pandemic in one way or the other. Many are still trying to press on and just continue as if our entire world didn’t just change.

We could all use a pause, a reset, to begin healing from the stress, the losses, and the heartbreak that we have all suffered at some point. One of my favorite ways to let go of stress and negativity is through meditation. I just put on a playlist and do some spiritual meditation or writing meditation.

I stumbled upon an awesome playlist on Spotify titled “Healing Music 2021” and it has been my go-to playlist lately. It’s the perfect playlist to incorporate into your morning or evening routines. It leaves you feeling at peace and rejuvenated.

Check out the playlist below.
