At The PsychPod, each product is made to order through our trusted printing partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not keep items in stock and can only accept returns in specific cases. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will happily arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse
Because every item is custom-made just for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or due to a change of mind. To help ensure the best fit, please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.
How to Start a Return Request

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos if the item is defective or damaged.
