Cindy and The Sticky Little Monsters

Posted on October 26, 2025October 26, 2025 by thepsychpod

When worries, overwhelming thoughts, or “sticky” feelings take over, children can feel confused, frustrated, or out of control. Cindy helps them slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and learn tools to cope with their monsters instead of feeling consumed by them.

Themes Addressed:

  • ADHD
  • OCD
  • Generalized Anxiety
  • Autism Spectrum

Focus Areas:

  • Identifying and expressing emotions
  • Flexible thinking
  • Coping skill development
  • Improving communication
