Healing is a process

Posted on February 14, 2021November 29, 2023 by thepsychpod

Healing is a process. It’s not easy. The mental bruises that we carry are not always easy to heal from but eventually when you look back one day you’ll realize that you survived. As you go through the process of healing, remind yourself that everything is impermanent. Don’t allow yourself to become overwhelmed by despair.

Instead, create with your pain something that can help you heal and serves as a reminder of how strong and brave you really are.

The process of healing begins whenever you are ready. It begins when you decide you are ready to let go of the pain.

I’ve been working on healing others and in the process I’ve been healing myself too. We are all the same deep inside. We all share the same hopes and fears. Healing for me has come in many forms.

The healing process requires you to unlock your full potential. Your potential to heal yourself. To be reborn again. To pause and reevaluate your life, your decisions. To begin to consciously love yourself more and more each day. To seek to raise your vibration and gravitate to people and places that radiate love, peace, abundance, and healing.

Healing is done on your own time, it’s not linear. It’s something you continue to work on every single day.
